English language challenges

The base of the teaching, at least here in Chile, is -simplify- a profesor telling the students what to do and teaching them with a board and a marker to write. This way of teaching is, off course, the way English is teaching in the country.

Is really difficult to teach a foreign language. But to teach it in the way the majority of the classes are taught is more difficult. In my personal experience learning English in the University i could say that the way it is taught is more fun, in a way: Writing (by doing blogs) and making videos are exercises that help the student practice their English. 

But it would be nice if, as the language is used in every day matters, the students have time to talk with each other (with the help of their teacher) in English. This is a great idea for those who finde difficult to talk in this language.

In my case, my English can be improved by talking with people in English. I plan to do so by traveling to English speaking countries. My English is no perfect, it can and must be improved, but the clases are not helping me much.

The clases in the University are just great, but I need something more. It would be nice to have more activities in English that can help me improved.

Outise the English class I´m not using it that much though, maybe in "Netflix" or "Tiktok"... But no much more.
