When I was a child, my dream job was to be a painter, a writer, an architect... even a flagger! I really like a lot of things, but never "sociology" (I did not even know what was it back then).
I decided this career because of all the thing you can learn about people and the way we can help them. But there is a big issue with my education in university... I haven't entered school yet because of Covid. Online classes are not so good... I'm not having a lot of fun.
When I finish school I would like a peace-maker job, somethin that help people and society.
Other career options I thought applying was philosophy, literature and art... But I really wanted to know what sociology was.
ResponderEliminarI love your enthusiasm for learning. I hope we can talk about philosophy one day together.
Hi! I love the last photo, it looks like Keith Haring's art! It's amazing all the careers that went through your mind, and how different they are from each other.
ResponderEliminarHello Manuel. I hope you are well, I quite liked your story. Like you, I feel sad for not being able to enter the university and not have face-to-face classes, but I am sure that when we do, we will be very happy.
ResponderEliminarHello Manuel, as your partner in sociology, if there is something that stands out about this beautiful career, it is the breadth of topics it addresses and the ability it gives you to intervene in social reality
