5. CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

Changes to my study programe

First of all, the career I´m currently studding is really well design by professionals of the matter, but if I may write something about it would be about the structure that is behind it.

The curriculum that I have study in sociology is pretty in the past year has being really about introduction of the topic. I don´t like it. If we want to have in the country well prepared sociologist we must take thing seriously.

We must learn about the "real" sociology not in the third year of the career, but it must start in the first semester. With that being said, the five year education program is a lot. Three years is enough to have good professionals in this area (And they would have more time to specialize too).

I do not have much to say about the teaching methods of the University, I believe in the professors that want to teach their students. But it would really be helpful if they care more about their students mental health.

Now, the facilities of the University is other conversation. They are no grate, not just the buildings and infrastructure of the faculty is bad (and ugly), but also all the technology we could use for our education is precarious. 

I would love to write a lot of good thing about my University and my career, but is really difficult -starting with- because they don´t care about what the student body have to say.
